I also have pain other than the usual places in PR (or PMR as it is in England)I have pain in the rib muscles front and back, which make breathing difficult sometimes. I am told this is due to PMR but i never see this documented in medical articles. I also have one leg which doesn't seem to function nearly as well as the other. I suspect there is something else going on, I have been treated with steroids now for 2 years. The bigger the dose the better the effect.
