I had one put in a week ago. It seems it has helped some. No pain from the plug. There was a blind study done last year with Polysporin A that looks very promising for Sjogrens and non-Sjogrens patients with dry eye. The FDA still has not approved. If they do it looks very promising not only to help the symptons but addresses the cause and may help goblet cells to repair and reproduce.
