Regarding your concern aboout Punctum plugs used for Dry eyes, I had the treatment on Feb. 10, 2001. Today is Tues. 2/13th. As yet it did not help the sore, itchy, burning or blurred vision, however; it may too soon to expect relief. The procedure was quick and painless. I use REFRESH ARTIFICIAL TEARS as often as necessary. GOOD LUCK
