Sharon, There are alot of symptoms of endo. Some are what you said. IBS to me is just a general diagianosis. You should talk to your OB. You might want to request a pelvic ultrasound. You will have excessive bleeding, maybe clumps or clots of tissue. Pain with bleeding and intercourse. A great book for any woman to get is "Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom" by Christine Northrup.
