Don't let anyone tell you that you're too young. I started having problems when I was 14 but my doctor wouldn't consider endometriosis because I was so young. But the pain was unbearable. After fighting with the doctor and trying different (unsuccessful) treatments for the pain for 4 years I finally had a laprascope done at 18. It helped for awhile. Now I'm 24 and the pain is getting much worse again. Don't give up. You're not too young. Just keeping insisting and keep looking for a doctor who will help.
