I have I.C. too, Once a quarter for 5 days I go into the hospital and I have a an epidural cathetor inserted into my back and medicine is slow dripped into my spine for the five days. I, along with several other patients, have found this procedure to give us the strength and subside our pain long enough for us to do every day chores until we are able to go in for the next procedure which is every 3 months, or once a quarter. We have been doing this procedure for about 3 years now. I have not read of any else using this. IF you are interested, please reply back.
