The little white balls in the tonsils are dead white blood cells. These are normal to have - it means your immune system is working (although it may mean it is working overtime). White blood cells "gang up" on invaders to your system. They surround the bacteria/viruses and kill them. Then they head to the tonsils to exit. A very important thing to do is to CUT BACK ON SUGAR. Sugar compromises the immune system. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Don't drink ANY sugared soda. Try it and see.
