Hi, Rosie I am 47 years old and know exactly what you're going through. I also have cervical stenosis, spondylosis, fibromyalgia and more. I see a neurosurgeon who has done MRS's on me and each time I see him, he reports that no surgery is needed at this time. One of my primary doctors said that she thought that maybe he didn't want to do surgery unless he absolutely had to. I have trouble walking between the pain and my balance problems. No one in my family knows how to deal with me because it's not them! I've had doctors tell me that I have such good spirits to be in the shape I'm in!
