You need to go to search Disability Right...Yes he has rights. I have had to fight Schools , Doctors ,on and on. I would love to have a job were I could just go around and help people that just dont know their rights or were to start. I have learned to also e-mail your senitor, Gov. all that are there for us the people! the court ..house law librare also has rights books, you just go there and start reading.you will be amazed at all the rights out there. it just takes a strong person to stand up and stay up...good luck
