The ADA is a joke there is sitll a ton if discrimination agaisnt E. I knw becaue I had 58 jobs in a 13 yr span, I'm now on SSD thanx to our major ignorant society!! BTW I never told I had E and when I seized I was fired and YES they were allowed to do so As I live in the Right to work state of Nevada. and no reason needed jsut as long as they wrote Change of personel or reduction in staff, your out of luck and out of work. I wish more ppl wanted to get on TV to talk about this issue but most ppl on the www jsut wnat to keep it among themsleves on these E boards :((((
