Hi Steve, I have found discrimination is still rampant although it is illegal to fire someone for having epilepsy. Too many employers are afraid of having an employee for fear of being. The strange thing is that people with disabilities are harder workers than those without. Please get in touch with the Epilepsy Foundation. Maybe they can be of some help.
