I am also 13 weeks and I have been bleeding about 2 to 4 times a week, it's usally first thing in the morning but today it is in the afternoon. It's never enough to wear a pad but enough to make be panic. My doctor said the baby is doing good and the bleeding should eventually stop. Just know you are not alone. Take Care
