I'm 13 weeks in my 4th pregnancy. My 1st pregancy miscarried, my 2nd and 3rd were normal. This 4th pregnancy is just weird. I had a light cycle, so was surprised when I was told I was a month ahead. At 10 weeks I had red light bleeding that was off and on for 5 days. This week at 12 weeks I've had really dark brown spotting all week after bleeding Saturday night while sleeping. The nurse told me no lifting over 15 pounds especially my kids and the laundry. And no sex for 2 weeks after bleeding stops. At 10 weeks the progesterone and baby were fine. Heard the heartbeat last week. I go in tomorrow to check bleeding out and will request a sonogram and that they check the baby growth, and for placenta previa, placenta tears, cysts&blood clots in the uterus. I've had several friends who have had bleeding for various reasons and carried to term successfully which is comforting. One had a cyst and just bled the whole time. One it was just the progesterone level needed some help. One it was cause there was a multiple that passed away early on. A couple of others, there was no reason. I'll have to wait and see on this little one and keep praying and hoping for the best.
