Dear Shar, Replying to your posting of the 8th Oct. My surgery has been put back until Nov 23rd now, as I am going through the public system this can happen. For the first time in my many times of reducing the dosage, I have found it difficult to get from 8 to 7mg. I took myself back to 8mg for another month after suffering symptoms & am now trying again to stay on 7mg. I will tell my doctor about those other drugs that help you. I do know that you cannot just stop cold turkey so whatever I can get down to will have to be acceptable. I will let you know how I go with the surgery. Thanks for your support, I hope & pray you are coping OK at present.
