Try eating fresh coriander (greens) first thing in the morning. if it is difficult to get fresh coriander, then take a tablespoon of raw coriander seeds (available in any Indian store)and wash them well and soak them at night. the next morning drink up the water first thing in the morning. its supposed to work. Also drink plenty of water and avoid salty food.
