My husband had knee surgery two years ago from last September. From that surgery he got blood clots in his left calve. They put him on Lovenox and Coumadin and had very bad responces to it. They had swithced his thinners and things were a little better. My husband is still fighting blood clots, they moved into his lungs and now he has three in his brain. My husband has gave up on going to a doctor, and is just livding with this because no one knows what to do. But we stuck with the same Doctors that missed so much and now he agonizes with the pain and mental frustration if he will ever get better. I guess what I am saying is get a second opinion.
