It's all fine and good except if you work for a living. I need mine out but when I even take a week off work, it's he_ _ when I get back because no one can pick up my pieces when I'm gone . . . and it's a public job (I work at a university). I have to be able to talk - so it is NOT feasible for me to be able to go through the surgery!! The recovery time is too much and I could never be away from my job that long and be that incapacitated.
