No. I would be a little more persistant. I am a neurosurgical RN and have heard this very often. I would ask for an MRI and include the spine just in case...or have them tap him and check his CSF for any tumor cells there. Sometimes minute changes aren't seen on CT initially. Be Persistant. If your gut tells you something isn't right, it's not.
