My daughter was on accutane not once but twice, it would be my last choice, she had nose bleeds, her lips would crack and bleed, plus a host of other problems, she thought that was the answer,but it came back and still does,she only has it on one side of her face, and that is near her chin,I think accutane should be your last resort,when all else fails. I forgot to mention that my daughter is 32, and she has tried everything from accupuncturist to going on high doses of vitamin A and spending loads of money only to be told it is a hormonal problem. So please weigh the consequences before you start accutane. Good luck!
