Hi, What are the reason's they want to take them out?? My son had his out when he was five, his tonciles were blocking his air way, he had real bad breathing problems at night and he always had strep throat or a throat infection., Now my daughter's case they said her tounciles were big and they should come out, she was only two at the time, she hardly never had any throat problems, I saw the surgen and we had schudualed the surgury-got home and I thought to myself-WHY ARE I DOING THIS-SHE IS FINE!!!-I cancelled the surgury, she is now 12 years old and maybe once a year has a throat problem.So I'm glad I made that discission.
