Sharry; I couldn't have said it any better. My trusted Rheumatologist has talked at great length to me about the side effects of Prednisone. He says that because I am a large person I can tolerate a moderate dose. At 10 mgs I am getting the same effects of a much smaller person at 1.5mgs or so. (which is hardly anything). Thanks to him I have been able to continue to work these past 5 years, enjoy shopping and etc. I do believe, however, that people who try other methods of pain and fatigue relief and are successful, should do so, by all means.
