Hi, I can really smpathize with you on this. I have suffered greatly with severe dry eyes for the last 12 years. Puctum plugs worked slighly for me. I have had my tear ducs cauterized shut and am having them re-done at the end of the month. I live in Wisconisn and it really doesn't help much during the dry season. It works best when it is summer and the humidity is high, then I get wonderful tears. I think I am better with them closed then open. Have you ever heard of Tears again?? There products are fairly new and are somewhat helpful. I can send you the link. They are hard to find. They are cheaper ordered on line thru a supplier I have found. They have the night and day gel and they have a new spray my eye doctor recommended I try. It is called the liposome spray that you use on the eyelids.
