PLAY! Ride a bike. Swing! Go to the park. I am a teacher that had an eight year old Diabetic in my classroom. This has to be done carefully and with supervision. It takes time to figure out how much activity is good. The blood sugar level can quickly go DANGEROUSLY the other direction. When the little girl in my classroom would go over 250 we would send her to PE, but the PE teacher was very knowledgeable about Human Physiology. We would keep a VERY close eye on her body language and blood sugar. Too little activity is better than too much, but some is better than none. I cannot caution you enough. Ask the doctor!
