I have suffered with this disease for the last 6 years. I didn't find any of the treatments helped one bit. DMSO instillation made my condition much worse, like pouring battery acid onto a wound. Diet helps. Best to avoid hot spicy foods and all junk food and sadly, alcohol. I have found acupuncture a great help with the pain and inflammation. I do hope this helps.
