You seem to have more trouble than I did as I only had spinal stenosis. I suffered for several years putting off the "rotor rootrr" surgery I was told ir would take. Finally, at age 73 I just was in such pain I went for the surgery. WHATTA relief!!!! I had had all the shots dome several years--cortisone--which would help for a time. I is 5 years since the surgery and that god awful pain has been gone ever since the surgery.I still have back aches--hey I am 78!!!---but not the awful pain where I couldn't walk and had become almost bedfast.
