Sorry to inform you of this but steroid injections did nothing for me. Had to have surgery. I had at least three of the things you are experiencing. Pain that was so severe I could not function at all. I still have degenerative disk disease in the lower disk but have been taking viox one a day and was able to return to work. This doesn't take away the discomfort and every day problems that still exist, but am able to function daily in a limited capacity and am very thankful for that. Viox is an antiflammatory drug prescribed by the doctor. Good luck.
