I would be a bit skeptical about the chiropractic claims, if I were you and I would worry about any health care provider who made such sweeping claims of cures. The surgeon MUST inform you of everything that can go wrong if she has surgery (it's called informed consent) but has the chiropractor mentioned any adverse affects of treatment? (there have been several stroke deaths in Canada which were directly attributable to chiropractic neck adjustments) What are the studies done of chiropractic vs surgical treatment? Who did the studies and how many participants? Good luck with your decision.
