My daughter was older when she was diagnosed with Molluscum. So I'm not sure what can be done for a 9 month old. After several months of embarrassment for my daughter who was around 10 years old at the time our dermatologist froze them. It was not the typical liquid nitrogen that is used. I don't remember what it was called but it was almost steamy like that he just rubbed across all the places. She had to shower after 4 hours. After a few days they started to go away. I don't know if this can be done for a 9 month old but it would be worth asking a dermatolgist. Good Luck!!
