In response to your questions about the use of anti depressants for Lupus. Ihave had SLE for 10 yrs & take Desyrel 100 Mg @ night to sleep. It does help somewhat. I also take Vioxx 25-50 Mg once a day and that does help the aches & pain also Plaquenil 400 Mg QD, this takes a couple of months to work.
