try massage therapy - ive had about 8 sessions and the condition is just about starting to ease (but very slowly), in between sessions use an infared massager and do your own massage therapy on the pir. muscles. stretch them several times a day as well. its a god awful condition, but I'm determined to beat the thing ! good luck
