what you're probably having is an extra beat...you may have mitral valve prolapse..usually no big deal..but have an echo done to find out..people with this have panic attacks..its physiological..neuro-transmitters misfire..theres more adrenelin with this condition...Xanax can stop the panic attacks..if prescribed correctly. The extra beat is usually no big deal..have a electrocardiogram..it will tell you if its a dangerous one or not. I have the same thing.
