Debbie I know how you feel.. I never even thought about what it was until my son was 11 and started waking up screaming, telling me to go away. He would be swinging his hands and kicking his feet. I then remembered him doing this when he was about 2 or 3 years old. I think it lasted about 6 months or so. It was scary. I have now been told they are night terrors. Only now when he has them he sleepwalks too and is often up ever hour on the hour when he has them... I keep getting told it's just a stage.
