To all in question: Yes sarcoid is a very different diease. It can affect ANY part of your body,sometimes quite a few at the same time. There are many sites on the web with good info on the subject. But if you have the diease, you'll find that most of the info makes very "light" of the symtoms. The best way to find out how it really affects one is to go to different sites like this and talk patient to patient. I have been fighting this monster since 1984 and the past 2 years have been the worst ever. I now have spinal stenosis,which I think was caused by the sarcoid. In addition, I have swollen glands all over my body and other problems too personal to go into here. So I am adding all of the people in this forum to my prayer list also.
