I know what you are going through. I have had hives for almost 4 years now. Right now I have had them for a week without any relief. Until just recently they only came out on my arms, legs, and feet. Now they are starting to come out on my torso also. I am a very heathy person except for this. It drives you crazy! The allergist has put me on 400 MG of Tagamet 2x day, 10 MG Zyrtec 1x dailey, 25 MG Doxepin 3x dailey, 2.5 MG Brethine 6x dailey, 25 MG Hydroxyzine 6x dailey, and I am still breaking out a lot. I also get 3 allergy shots a week and I use Serevent discus, Flovent, and Nasacort for my breathing. My doctor gave me some info on chronic uticaria and it said that they only find the cause for it in only about 20% of the cases. Thats nice to know. If you have any new info please let me know.
