It's urgent that you get connected with a crohns/colitus support group in your area, state or country. They know who are the doctors with the knowledge and experience to treat these diseases. Your hospital or drug stores should know who they (the society or group)are, also the ET nurse in the hospital. I also was on my death bed and didn't know it. But for caring nursing staff who risked their jobs to direct me to a different hospital I would'nt be here now. I also, like you, accepted that there was no help out there and did nothing for the longest time. Wrong - there is help, there are specialists for these diseases - seek them out now. Do it! you can get better and life after is great (15 years later). God Bless, Vincent
