I'm sorry that you do have migraine headaches. I've had migraines for about 30 years - diagnosed when I was 32 and I'm 62 today. Within this type I've taken many medications and still take some preventative medications. If I do get a migraine I use Imitrix nasal spray and if caught at the onset, I find it to be effective. For less severe, I use Excedrin for Migraine. I hope this helps. No one can possibly understand what a "real" migraine is like unless they've experienced it. I hope your headaches go away soon.
