I understand it takes a year for any or all of these complaints to lessen or completely dissapear. So, if you recently started b12 injections, there is hope. Also, look up Reflex Sympathetic Distrophy recently called Regional Pain Syndrome. I was diagnosed with this years ago. I dont know if it is linked with pernicious anemia , but its symptoms are very similar. If you have not intrinic factor, then the b12 should help you alot. Good Luck
