I have had opthalmic migraines for many years and just recently had an MRI and CAT scan. Both were negative in my case. These migraines are very annoying but I find the pain much less than a full blown migraine. The opthalmic ones have decreased in frequency and severity over the years. I do find that if I can meditate or just relax and do some deep, slow breathing it shortens the length and severity for me. Can't hurt and worth a try. Please keep me informed.
