I am 25 years old and I have had a hydrocele since my freshman year of college. I started to realize that on of my testicles was larger than the other. I ignored it and just thought that was they way I was, but a couple of years later it grew to the size of a softball. Needless to say I knew something was wrong so I went to the Dr. It does hinder my performance in athletics and sex. It restricts the blood flow to your penis. I am scheduled to get this hinderance fixed. It is simple and only takes a half/hour or so.
