You cannot use one of those lice combs; they do not work; you must take every nit out of the hair individually; it is practically impossible to do in one day; you have to work on the hair every day for 2-4 hours to get it done; the biggest pain in the neck but that is the only way to get rid of then; every nit has to be removed hope this helps
