have you been checked for seizures. This can happen with seizures as well. My sister has fibro and doesn't get the shaking limbs. Her friend has MS and falls down and gets the shakes. Have an eeg done to rule out seizures. I suffer from dizziness and blurred vision also but we can't figure out what causes it.Good luck.
