Dear GG, I was diagnosed with type one latex allergy a couple of months ago, and a week ago, I had a severe astma attack. I was told by my doctor not to take my illness lightly, he told me that there is no cure, and that latex allergies only gets worse. He told me that I could go into anaphlistic shock with the next exposure. This frightnes me, and that I why I am sooo careful about my illness. You have had an anaphilistc reaction, be careful, you could die,dont take this lightly, our illness gets worse, not better, and there is no cure.
