I also have Restless Leg Syndrome...the jerking had increased until I was put on the drug Clonazepam 0.5 mg... I was suppose to take 1 to 2 tablets a night but told to start off with 1/2 a pill..I have stayed with that because it has stopped all the symptoms and makes me get a good nights sleep.
