I undestand your panic. My daughter was in second grade, when it became necessary for her to wear a bra. She started menstruating at age 9, it has been very difficult since she is now 12 and looks likes she's seventeen. The biggest problem has been emotional since no child wants to be different than her classmantes. Things have improved this year since she started middle school and is no longer the only one who has undergone early developement. But she had some very difficult question to answer not because of the question but because of the difficulty explaining it in terms that she would understand at such a young age. To my knowledge there is nothing you can do to stop it at least not safely, but being positive and understanding will make all the diffrence in the world during this very confusing time for your daughter.
