Hi Maggie, I have ben searching for Autoimmune Neutropenia Support Group, and came arcoss your letter on this site. I was diagnosed about 2 years ago, and prior to treatment, had repeated chest/throat, urine/kidney, and eye infections, all of which were treated with antibiotics. After about a year and a half of repeated illness, my consultant decided to use a drug called Filgratism. Which I used for about 6 months, this invovlved a series of self administared injections. Since having this drug I haven;t had any infections requiring antibiotics, but still maintain a low blood-count. Hope this is helpful as I noticed your message was dated August.
