I have been told I have a mild utoimmune neutropenia. I have been told I have enough neutorphils to keep me healthy but if I get a bacterial infection to go the doctor and get anitbiotics right away. It started with just feeling totally exhausted and then a really bad bout of flu - took 6 months to get rid of with lots of antibiotics. What is the common causes of this condition and does it get better,worse or stay the same. I just could do with more info in laymans language
