In response to a message from Julie dated 8/2000; my Mother is faciing this surgery as a result of confirmed pancreatic cancer. I agree it is difficult to get "real" details prior to the surgery. Can ANYONE tell me about what to expect with surgery and after. I would really appreciate it. We see the first surgeon 12/01.We are looking at surgery before Christmas except she might be too under weight from the chemo. Thanks SOOO MUCH!
