Hi Sara I don't know how old you are, but I am 50, and your message could have been written by me when I was 15 years younger. I simply had to live with it, though it was very disturbing, especially 16 or 17 years ago, when the arythmia turned up every 10-15 minut for a period of a couple of months. It wasn't very amusing, but for the last 10 years it has not been 'anything', just a little reminder of mortality now and then. Good luck, and remember to exercise and don't smoke! Nina
