I sympathize with your situation. Yes, the Doc's will perform a 2nd operation if needed. As you are aware, it is not a guarantee, as you can see, because your carpal tunnel has returned. I had accupuncture, and bio therapy feedback, it worked for a few hours, perhaps it will work for you. In my opinion it is mind over matter. But it wouldn't hurt to try. What type of surgery did you have 10 years ago? Open hand or Endoscopy? You sound as though you have nerve damage in your elbows. Your neck and shoulders may be next. Good luck.
