Don't have specific answers for you - but, as a suggestion, you might contact you senators and congressman and complain about your inability to obtain health insurance and relief from your problem. We have almost 40 million people in our country who cannot afford health insurance (this is criminal). Why don't we stop all this foreign aid for awhile and clean up our own act right here in the ol US of A? My brother has no health insurance as he can't afford it either. This is the year for elections, and senators and congressmen will listen to you more now than at any other time in the Presendential tenure. Go for it! It can't hurt, and who knows, it may just do some real good; and, you just may start a movement in this country, the likes of which no one has yet seen. Good health Ed
